Monroe Return Policy?
Monroe.com accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the original purchase. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. All returns incur a $10 processing fee. The customer covers the cost of return shipping. All items purchased from the Sale Section or during a Sale Period are EXCHANGE ONLY unless otherwise noted. If the returned items are dirty, stained, washed, or damaged in any way, the return will not be processed.
